Breathe In The Good
(when you look for it, you can find it everywhere)
Breathe Out What No Longer Serves You (imagine your breath in a color of your choosing, and as you breathe out, in your mind, see your breath leaving your body in a swirl of color)
Do this several times. Allow yourself to breathe on purpose for at least 90 seconds. As you do, you will begin to feel a shift almost immediately.
